On the needs assessment call, TLC will seek your input to thoroughly understand the meeting objectives and desired outcomes.
TLC will create a Request for Proposal (RFP) in CVENT to identify hotel properties that meet your requirements for sleeping rooms, amenities and meeting space.
Within 3-5 business days, TLC will source venues and send you an availability report with rates and costs from the hotel.
Once you narrow down the venues to 2-3 properties, TLC will further negotiate room rates, food and beverage discounts, audio visual equipment and other services required at the venue.
TLC will also negotiate optimal contract terms with all venues (including off-site venues if required) and include an addendum to mitigate risk should a program cancel.
